How is your sleep health? Researchers are finding that your sleep affects your mood and overall sense of well-being. And if you sleep with someone next to you, your sleep can potentially be greatly impacted. In an article this month in Psychology Today, researchers found that:

“Partners of troubled sleepers have higher rates of depressed mood, relationship dissatisfaction, and “poor” or “fair” physical and mental health.”

They also found in a study in the European Respiratory Journal that:

“when one spouse receives therapy for sleep apnea, both notice a decrease in disagreements.”
