Dr. Rachel Yehuda – Research on Intergenerational Trauma

Dr. Rachel Yehuda is a renowned Professor of Psychiatry and Neuroscience and works as the Director of the Traumatic Stress Studies Division at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She has been studying PTSD and intergenerational trauma for years focusing on cortisol levels in holocaust survivors and their children.  I recently listened to a podcast with Dr. Yehuda and thought I would include some information for you to learn more about how trauma can be passed on from one generation to another.  She is now  researching psychedelics and the potential usefulness with healing PTSD and other forms of trauma. She has done numerous talks and podcasts over the years and I have included a few below.
